Our Production Process

Mold production processes and products of other industrial products, are means starting from the raw materials, through the entire process of processing into finished products. 

Modern industrial production process systems include: preparation of production technology, the basic production process, production processes and production services auxiliary processes. These processes and embodied in: technical preparations; production preparation work; procurement of raw materials, transportation, storage; rough reprocessing and restructuring; product zero, component processing and inspection; assembly, commissioning, testing; product decoration, packaging, transport and so on.
Production processes of modern industrial products also enterprise human, material and financial resources, information transformation process. Any form of a product, many companies are working together results. Today, with the degree of standardization of specialized production organization and product improvement, collaboration and joint interdependent relationship between the various companies have become prominent and important than ever. Similarly, in an enterprise as well, a workshop production of “product” is often another plant tissue production of “raw materials.”
In the non-professional mold manufacturing enterprises (products professional factory), die as part of the process equipment, auxiliary production process belongs to the basic product in the production system, is to ensure that the basic production indispensable component. Many types of molds, each of the mold structure, and uses different requirements, they have a specific production process.
