Process flow arrangement

1. The bottom processing, processing capacity assurance.

2. Castings baseline alignment, 2D, 3D-surface residual checks.

3. 2 D, 3D-surface roughing, non-installation of non-working plane processing (including security platform surface, bumper mounting surface, flat plate, lateral plane).

4. Semi-finishing front, side datum alignment to ensure accuracy.

5. Semi-finishing 2D, 3D-surface, finishing the installation of various types of face (including the stopper mounting surface and the contact surface, insert the mounting surface and backrest surface, punch mounting surface, the mounting surface and rely on scrap cutter back spring mounting surface and the contact surface, all kinds of travel restrictions face, wedge against the mounting surface and the back), semi-finishing of various types of guide surface, the pilot hole, leaving the finishing process margin and height datum reference hole and record data.
